The Systems Administrator position covers all aspects of Uniserve's business operations. Cooperation and coordination with Network, Voice, Managed Services, Sales and Development teams are common in our open workplace environment. Our success is driven by strong customer service and innovative approaches to solutions which couldn’t be possible without a commitment to teamwork.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • associated with being a Managed Service provider and Data Centre services
  • Maintain large scale email platform
  • Maintain and deploy public cloud platform
  • Ensure deployed software packages are updated and secure
  • Monitoring systems for uptime and availability
  • Provide Tier 1/2 Technical support to Enterprise and Managed Services customers
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures
  • Participate in on-call pager rotation
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients when needed

MUST HAVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least two (2) years' college diploma in System / Network
  • MCSA or Equivalent System Experience
  • LDAP, Active Directory, Radius, DHCP
  • Cloud/Virtualization: VMWare, Hyper-V
  • Large Scale Email Deployments: IMAP, POP3, Exim, Cyrus, Perdition
  • Operating Systems: Windows 2016
  • Network Support Infrastructure: DNS, DHCP,

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in service provider environment
  • Experience in Data Centres
  • 1-2 Years Windows Server / Domain Administration
  • Web Hosting: cPanel, Plesk, VPS, LAMP, HTML, PHP, Apache, IIS
  • Cloud/Virtualization: Xen, Joyent Smart Data Center, AWS, Azure
  • Storage: iSCSI, CIFS, NFS, Fibre Channel
  • Hardware: IBM Bladecenter, RAID, NAS, SAN technologies
  • Programming/Scripting: Perl, PHP, node.js, Python, BASH, Ruby
  • Security: Metasploit, NMAP, Wireshark
  • Network: ACLs, BGP, OSPF, IP Addressing
