We provide the latest technologies in digital phone, high speed internet, web-hosting, email, cloud and data co-location services. The Operations Support Coordinator understands the importance of an exceptional external and internal customer care experience and is able to resolve a variety of basic technical and administrative issues. The successful applicant thrives in a fast-paced environment, is able to multi-task and adapts easily to change.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
answer calls and respond to emails
handle customer inquiries and orders over the phone and by email
have basic purchasing knowledge
have scheduling experience for projects
process orders, forms and applications
identify and escalate priority issues
follow up customer calls where necessary keeping them updated with their order
document all ordering information so it is billed correctly
liaise between departments to ensure service delivery
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Applicant must be detail oriented, and provide a high level of accuracy in all communications, be able to solve problems and handle issues. Knowledge of MS Excel and Word required. Must speak perfect English
